Rod & Frame Test

Sway-Referenced Visual Environment

Virtual Reality enables one to conduct Sensory Organization Tests (SOT) without all of the equipment necessary for a a sway referenced visual environment and with new possibilities ! CTSIB becomes more accurate and easy !

A basic standard posturography platform (conditions 1-2-3) and a rocker board (4-5-6) are sufficient for SOT
Just Foam is needed for SOT and CTSIB

  • Conduct CTSIB with ideal conditions for accurate results (Visual and Sway-referenced Visual environment are the same, conditons 1-3 and 4-6 can be compared with same reference)
  • The virtual environment becomes sway-referenced for conditions 3 and 6 with a single click
  • For the first time: Benefit from a cabin with adjustable dimensions (Standard = target 2 meters away from the patient) All walls are adjustable with a distance from 60 cm. to 5 meters
  • Innovations: The immersion masks allow you to record head oscillations in 3D, an integrator center for multi-segmented posturography (development in progress)
